Injection of clouds and any reported precipitation works fine, and temperature, pressure and wind speed all correspond to the METAR, but direction is varying all over the place for surface wind. The wind problem was still there but at seldom times. For developers that don't quite follow LM's 'rules', they have to wait and see what the differences are between the final beta and RTM version. Just because a developer participates in a private beta does not mean that they have access to the RTM version before it is released. I doubt that program would even have the ability to inject winds aloft.
